Wednesday, September 9th – 1st DAY of REUNION
(The “early birds” and set up crew arrive today)
- Today everyone is on their own for Lunch, Dinner and Shopping.
- 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Setting up of Teen Club in the “Alpine Room”
(light snacks, beer/wine/pop will be available).
- 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Teen Club open.
Thursday, September 10th – 2nd DAY OF REUNION
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel.
- 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Registration begins.
- 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Teen club open.
- 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - We're on our own for lunch.
- 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Teen club Jam session.
- 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 2009 Reunion Welcome & Introductions at Teen Club

Friday, September 11th – 3rd DAY OF REUNION
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel.
- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Registration continues.
- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Teen club open.
- 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - We're on our own for lunch.
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - King Ludwig’s Restaurant in Leavenworth -
Beer Hall dinner with authentic German music.
- 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - “Sock Hop” (DJ by Darlene DAVIS Boucher).
Saturday, September 12th – LAST DAY OF REUNION
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel.
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Board Meeting.
- 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - General Meeting.
- 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Group & Class Photos - bring your cameras.
- 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Registration continues.
- 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Teen club open.
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - German meal provided at the Enzian's “Continental Room”.
- 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Final “Sock Hop” (DJ by Darlene DAVIS Boucher).
Sunday, September 13th – DEPARTURE DAY
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel.
- 11:00 a.m. - Check-out time.
- 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Tear down Sunday.
